How long does it take for my Aventon e-bike to ship?
In-stock orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once your bike leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do Aventon e-bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85-90% pre-assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and comprehensive video guides to help you get on the road in about 30-45 minutes.
What is the return policy for e-bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How far can I travel on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions, but most Aventon bikes offer between 40 to 60 miles of range. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and the level of pedal assist used will impact the total distance.
Are Aventon e-bikes water-resistant?
Yes, our bikes are rated IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, they should not be submerged in water or washed with high-pressure sprayers to protect the electrical components.
Do you offer financing options for purchases?
