We want you to be fully satisfied with your Aventon ride, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all bikes and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that bikes must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repack your bike or gear in its original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure all chargers, keys, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the return for condition and mileage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
